Wharncliffe 26th July

The forcast is rain till 2pm then a nice evening with the wind onto the crag. As it is known to be quick drying I’ll be there from 4.30 pm with my fingers crossed.

The weather is looking settled for the weekend with the wind from the west so hopefully no midges. 13th August – 11 members and two guests assembled at Bamford on Saturday in overcast and breezy conditions and amongst the fine routes climbed were Oracle, Shadow Wall, Bamford Wall, Happy Wanderer, Reach, Samson’s Delight, Wrinkled Wall, Crease, Wrong Hand Route and Possibility, followed by a pleasant finish to the day in the Yorkshire Bridge. …
